Lawyer Delmar Cariño, acting manager of the Benguet Electric Cooperative, on Tuesday (Oct. 17, 2023) lectures about the Electric Power Industry Reform Act to media practitioners in Baguio as part of the continuing education of the cooperative. In an interview, he assured that the cooperative’s continuing maintenance of the powerline distribution will help prevent technical systems loss.
