Gawad Pilak
Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III receives the Gawad Pilak award from Ms. Ma Belma T. Turla of Land Bank of the Philippines on August 14, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union.
The said award was given to the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) for its contributions in the successful implementation of Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) programs and services.
