The Baguio City government led by Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong and representatives of SM Prime Holdings, Inc. sign a joint certification declaring a successful detailed negotiations for the terms of reference governing the proposed modernization of the city public market last December 14, 2023. The terms of reference will be crafted by the P4 – Screening Committee which will be published for the interested companies to participate in the Swiss Challenge for the said project.
