Law Enforcement Updates
The first Regional Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (RLECC) meeting held on June 7, 2019 at the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Conference Room, headed by PROCOR regional director and RLECC chairman Israel Ephraim T. Dickson. Topics included the following: Peace and Order situation by ROMD; Accomplishments on campaign against “wangwang’ and “colorum” vehicles by RHPU; Accomplishments against illegal mining by DENR; Campaign against fake medicines by DOH; Consumer Protection Program by DTI; Updates on Cordillera’s drug situation by PDEA; Designed leaflets for IEC materials to warn mining companies to stop operation during inclement weather by PIA; and Updates on foreigners involved in illegal activities in AOR by the BI.
