Reigning Mutia ti La Union 2020, Divina Marie O. Villanueva, pays a courtesy call to Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III on June 28, 2021 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Accompanied by La Union Provincial Tourism Office, Officer-in-Charge Arthur S. Cortez, Jr., Divina shares with Gov. Pacoy her preparations and progress as she continues to represent the Province of La Union in the Miss World Philippines 2021 pageant. Gov. Pacoy assures Kaprobinsiaans’ best support to Divina in her quest for the crown and all her future endeavors.
