La Trinidad Mayor Romeo Salda and Police Regional Office – Cordillera Regional Director PBGen. Israel Ephraim Dickson received a firearm from a rebel returnee who surrendered to the government authorities on Thursday at the La Trinidad Municipal Hall.

Witnessing the event were Benguet Provincial Police Office Director Col. Elmer Ragay and PRO-Cor Regional Intelligence Division Chief Col. Reynaldo Pasiwen.
