Gov. Pacoy witnesses the turnover of command of the leadership at the Philippine National Police Regional Office 1 (PRO1) on February 2, 2021, as PBGEN. EMMANUEL B. PERALTA takes the helm at PRO1 as the new Regional Director (RD), succeeding outgoing RD, PBGEN RODOLFO S AZURIN JR PNP Chief PGEN DEBOLD M SINAS administered the command turnover, as he assured his unceasing support to the PRO1 in their duty to uphold peace and order in the region.
Gov. Pacoy expressed his gratitude to the PNP officials for their commitment to help preserve public safety and security in the province, which is integral in building a Stronger La Union, a province worth living in.
