The City Council approved P6 billion public city market design that will be the basis for the proposed design of whoever wins the bidding to develop the famous Baguio landmark. Last week the P4 Selection Committee favored the proposal of Robinsons Land Corporation and will soon be awarded the Original Proponent Status. Robinsons beat rival SM Prime Holdings which got two votes against the five of the former. Mayor Benjamin Magalong will now finalize the P4 SC choice.
