Anyway, today there are some issue on PUJ’s that they are not around town anymore when 7:30PM pass by when LGU said that they should operate from 5AM to 10PM under this MGCQ and even Taxi is not roaming around that much in the City of Baguio. You know why? That’s bcoz people all get home around 5PM and 75% of Businesses close at 6PM and so who shall they cater pass 7PM? Almost none. So the solution and to lessen the high risk of having Covid is to make a Schedule for every sector in society to close. Like for example: Gov’t 5PM right? Next, Salon and any related Beauty Establishment by 6PM, Supermarkets/Market/ Groceries/Convenient Store at 7PM, Restaurants and Cafe 8PM and etc…
I guess you have heard of this Blended Learning announce by this particular Department of the Gov’t. Okay so we will be using any means to deliver Education to every Children even in the deepest and poorest part of the Country through Online, Modules (Print), Television and Radio.
However, how ready are we? Is our Internet in the Philippines that Excellent, Is our Modules ready and enough? Do we have enough Budget to use Television and Radio? Bcoz, if you are going
to tell us that they are going to use the Gov’t Radio/TV. How many Provinces, Cities, Municipalities can it reach? Do people know that TV/Radio Station? Do every Household have a Television/Radio or CP w/ AM/FM? “Walang maiiwan na Kabataan, Sapagkat Kabataan ang Pag-asa ng Bayan?” Well then, Walk the Talk and not Tik-Tok! DOH, IATF and LGUs always reminds us of Social Distancing, Physical Distancing, Wear Facemask bcoz it’s a Must, Sneeze using your in-between your elbow, Proper Hand Washing 20sec. to 30seconds, Use Alcohol after any thing that we hold unto.
No Smoking, Liqour Ban, Beso-beso and Yakap is prohibited which we can only wave or a heart sign to acknowledge someone. Now, this is in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Then why do we not practice that when we get in a Jeepney we should occupy first a seat near the Driver and so on and so forth. If we are to write our name on a log book, why don’t we use our own Ballpen. If we are going in any establishment and the Floormat is not wet meaning no Disinfectant no more, why not refill it; not with water as what you do on your Alcohol but with a portable Hand washing outside your Establishments.
You know why Maraming Pasaway? Bcoz information dissemination is not thoroughly done. And Law is not strictly implemented. Sometimes, example is a good sample. And no one is above the Law. I hope no one is exempted even you and I.
Well I can only do my best to abide with the Law for I still hope and pray for a good future of this Country. As iKit Ng Bayan always say “Ti Panagkaykaysa, Mangiwanwan iti Naranyag nga Pagsayaatan!”
