The prominence of communication

Communication for the benefits of society is the transparency of the government to its constituents. The public needs to know where their taxes go. What are the projects and programs that need attention? Who will benefit from these projects and programs? How would they participate in order to push thru or not on these particular projects and programs? Where and when will the projects and programs transpire? So communication in society is very important whether economical growth and mental understanding. Surely some will complain “I do not know those projects, programs and ordinance exist. I was not informed.” Well no one is excused of such information for the local government and its residence shall have a proper consultation and if anyone is not present during the consultation it is hereby the power of tri-media and not only that but we have a social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram to rely on nowadays but be careful of fake news and unreliable sources. In addition, the work of barangay officials also is to inform and give fliers, tarpaulin or paper paste on every corner of their place to disseminate the information wisely. In short, communication has the power to pass the information quickly from one person to another person by the use of what are written above rather than having tsismis, then why not talk about what concerns you on the government.

Communication to strengthen relationship; some would say love, trust, respect, loyalty, faithfulness, fear of God and etc… Actually all of these are right and a contributing factor to strengthen a relationship. However, communication is very important for some kept quiet to avoid clashing. Communication is not just by talking face to face but the use of letter paste on the bedside table, ref, comfort room, Facebook to express our love, how sorry we are, grief, sentiments, praying to Jesus together to overcome obstacle is all form of communication that can make or break your relationship.

Communication for the betterment between employer and employee; in a workplace or even outside you get to meet different kind of personality. Communication between employee and employer is very important to understand each other as long as it will not sacrifice their position as respect is the concern. The result of misunderstanding and misinterpretation is the lack of communication. As you have noticed, in corporate they always conduct meeting after meeting for everyone, whether you’re contractual, extra (errand boy, janitor of the day etc…) freelance and etc… as long as that person is a part of the company. Know your rights!

Meanwhile, communication is still number one tool in today’s 21st century and the years to come for enrichment of human kind mentally, physically, financially, spiritually, and socially competitive. In Bible (KJV) 1Corinthians 15:33 “Be not deceived: evil communication corrupt good manners.” This is yours truly Tita Ara Katter of iKit ng Bayan that always reminds you “Ti panagkaykaysa, mangiwanwan iti naranyag nga Pagsayaatan.”
