After decades of waiting, thousands of residents of Barangay Poblacion and adjoining barangays will soon
benefit from a water system project of the local government of this first class municipality. Jackson Pasamic, municipal engineer and acting town administrator reports on the latest development works
of the project during the Kapihan press forum hosted by PIA Cordillera held on Sept 26 (Wednesday) at the Ava Hall of the municipal building.
