Baguio City Mayor and National Artist for Film Kidlat Tahimik grace the formal turn of the NCCA sponsored Pamana Mural to Quezon Hill Barangay from Gong Festival Organizer Jo Banasan and Head Artist for the mural Silvino Dulnuan.
Various Baguio artists pitch-in in creating a 10 meters high and 80 meters long mural along Naguillian Road, in Baguio City through Bayanihan or Bindadang. These artists volunteered in completing the “Pamana Mural” expressing the City of creatives as part of the Gong Festival 2019 representing the different ethno linguistic groups that are making Baguio as it is.
