Baguio City’s best known “pasalubong” – Ube and Strawberries

A trip to Baguio is never complete without a taste of the city’s best known “pasalubong” – Ube and Strawberries. These flavors have long become part of the city’s image and identity, defining the sweet and colorful culture of the Cordillera.
Today, we are marking another milestone as we put a twist to your two favorite flavors of the north: A giant Ube and Strawberry Crinkle Mosaic showcasing the great Cordilleran art and culture.
Three (3) chefs and 40 students from SKD Academy and Sinner or Saints Café baked 8,000 ube and strawberry flavored crinkles to come up with this 15ft by 15ft mosaic displayed at SM City Baguio.
