La Union Provincial Officials led by Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III and San Fernando City Officials headed by Acting Mayor Alfredo Pablo “Alf” R. Ortega lead the offering of wreath before the statues of national and local heroes at the Heroes Hill, City of San Fernando, La Union on August 26, 2019, in celebration of the National Heroes Day. Around 100 employees of the Provincial Government also took part in the ceremony.
