Arrogant Baguio SK Chairman, Store Keeper Caught For ECQ Violations

BAGUIO CITY (April 21, 2020) – Policemen caught a barangay Sanguniang Kabataan chairman and a storekeeper for allegedly violating ECQ rules on Monday.
Apparently drunk and creating trouble at East Bayan Park, Aurora Hill,  Ambiong barangay SK chairman Rene Cardio, who even shouted at policemen that he is a youth official,  was brought to the police station with his drinking buddy —  a store keeper.
Policemen are charging Cardio and his drinking buddy for resistance and disobedience to a Person in Authority, alarm and scandal and violating the liquor ban in relation to the ECQ,  said Baguio police director Col. Allen Rae Co.
The duo, both drunk, were reportedly caught by barangay kagawads in East Bayan Park, Aurora Hill creating trouble.   
At the police station, duty police officers even asked the duo why they were not wearing face mask but apparently arrogantly answered back and kept on shouting infront of the police officers while being booked. 
The duo were brought at the Baguio City Jail after their case was recommended to the duty Prosecutor at the Baguio Prosecutor’s Office.
Only on Sunday,  at least 21  were caught and charged by the police for violating various ECQ rules violations.
