The city government holds a send-off program for Assistant City Engineer Constancio Imson Jr. who retired 31 May 2021 after rendering 39 years of service.
City Engr. Edgar Victorio Olpindo and the Association of City Executives led by City Budget Officer Leticia Clemente also paid tribute to their colleagues with anecdotes and tokens.
Imson expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve the Baguio people.
