Bluesky, a leading UK brand of nail art/technology solely distributed in the Philippines by Binondo Beauty Supply (BBS), will be launched in Baguio on Tuesday, June 4 at the ballroom of Crown Legacy Hotel through an Avant Garde nail art fashion show featuring posh nail art collections to be led by beauty industry idol Fanny Serrano.
