The Department of Health (DOH) Center for Health Development (CHD) DOH-CHD-CAR warmly welcomes its New Regional Director, Dr. Rio L. Magpantay, PHSAE, CESO III, Assistant Regional Director ARD Amelita M. Pangilinan expresses the Offices collective Gratitude to RD Rio and gives RD Rio a short tour of the different offices and to the Regional Training Center and RD Rio meets with the DOH CHD CAR division Chiefs, Dr. Janice Z. Bugtong of the local Health Support Division, Dr. Virginia L Narciso of the Regulation, Licensing and Enforcement Division and Atty. Veronica Zandra L.
