Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III graces the Coronation Night of Miss Luna 2019 during the town’s Barangay Night on November 24. 2019 at the Sports Center, Luna, La Union. In his message, Gov. Pacoy announced that he’ll be funding the reconstruction of market and market road of Luna as cheered, “Luna Agkaykaysa.”
