Business owners and operators and of personal care centers and spas in their dialogue with Baguio City’s Business Licensing Office, Health Department and the Department of Trade and Industry on their clamor to operate with their massage, facial, hair color, manicure and pedicure services were told that they can already resume their services provided they must comply with the basic health and safety protocols.
DTI-CAR Regional Director Myrma Pablo clarified that her office does not conduct inspections separately but teams up with local and national government units as part of the inter agency task force on emerging infectious diseases.
