Sabangan Mayor Gabino Ganggangan raised to the joint RTF ELCAC and RPOC body, his campaign to declare all front organizations of the CPP – NPA as persona non grata or unwelcome in their municipality. DA Sec. William Dar as the Cabinet Officer for Regional Development and Security (CORDS) for CAR presided joint meeting of the RTF – ELCAC and the RPOC at Baguio Country Club here, Friday.
