Raffy Panagan and Brico Santig are the two boxing promoters in the list and they will join the late amateur boxing promoter Dr. Charles Cheng. Sangguinang Kabataan chair and councilor Levy Lloyd Orcales will be the youngest inductee for sports development promotion for being the main author of the city sports code. The late journalist Ramon Dacawi will be feted also for sports media as well as for promoting football, particularly women’s and UB president Leonides Bautista for chess for organizing and spearheading the world chess championship fight in 1976 between Anatoly Karpov and Viktor Korchnoi.

Other athletes in the list are Stephanie Sabalo for Dancesport where she won a total of three gold medals in the 2019 and 2021 SEAG with partner and husband Angelo Marquez and arnisadores Elmer Manlapas, Abegail Abad and two time SEAG gold medalist Crisamuel Delfin. Banario was responsible of painting the eight Team Lakay champions at the ground level of the sports complex. The figures include Team Lakay founder Mark Sangiao, former ONE champions Eduard Folayang, Kevin Belingon, Harold’s brother Honorio, Geje Eustaquio and Joshua Pacio as well as former Brave bantamweight king Stephen Loman, now the top contender in ONE’s well stoacjed bantamweight division, and former PXC bantamweight champion Crisanto Pitpitunge.

Banario was also responsible in bringing the faces of 10 other martial arts athletes at the walls during the latest phase that include another former Team Lakay and wushu champion Mark Eddiva and Saclag, the three time SEA Games kickboxing champion and Asian Games silver medalist in wushu sanda. Labsan who started working with the six athletes at the dugouts completed her works with 12 other greats that include the first and only boxing world champion from Baguio Roberto Cruz and Beijing Olympics bronze medalists Mariane Mariano and Benjie Rivera. Mariano won a silver medal in kon bakhtor in the last SEAGames.

Alangui’s last works were of 10 athletes from wushu taolu, golf, volleyball, kurash, archery, chess, basketball and car racing particularly Daniel Parantac, Mars Pucay, Kareel Meer Hongitan, Haridas Pascua, Gay Estie Liwanen, the late Gerry Verzosa and Doug Kramer and the Antons. E-Pub calls the mural project’s fourth phase as the Heroes Wall of Fame – The Last Push and is still looking for sponsors to fund the project which started in October 2020 when lockdowns due to the Covid 19 pandemic was relaxed a little.
