FOURTH GRADER TOPS 5TH FISHING TOURNEY

A fourth grader resident of the city emerged as top winner in the 5th Fishing Tournament staged last Nov. 27, 2023 at the Burnham Park Lake. Fishing enthusiast Rafael Serrano who organized the event in cooperation with the city government said 10-yearold Dion Ballesca bested 24 other anglers from different age groups who joined the event.
