JCI Bauang Baggak receives Platinum Seal of Efficiency Award

BAUANG, LA UNION – Inspired with the mission to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change, Junior Chamber International (JCI) – Bauang Baggak was one of the awardees of the Platinum Seal of Efficiency during the 70th National Convention on October 5-7, 2018 at Iligan City, Mindanao.
JCI Bauang Baggak ranked 24 nationwide over 300 chapters. Its 2018 President Bryan F. Marquez was one of the top 3 finalists in the Temiong National Awards as the Best Local Organization President.
JCI is a non-profit international non-governmental organization of young people between 18 to 40 years old. It
has 200,000 members in about 124 countries. It is engaged and committed in creating an impact in the communities. Members of this organization are active citizens who are committed individuals investing in the
future of the world.
It gathers active citizens from all sectors of society and develops their skills, knowledge and understanding to make
crucial and informed decision in order to take necessary actions that help the communities.
Members of JCI conduct medical and dental missions, health awareness seminars, skills development trainings,
values formation programs, environmental protection programs, livelihood trainings and business opportunity
seminars. It hosts different official trainings exclusively for JCI members and non-members to international conferences and professional growth.
