Councilor Philian Louise Weygan- Chairperson of the Committee on Market Trade Commerce and Agriculture, implores the vendors to allow the City Government of Baguio to develop and modernize the district satellite market located at Gibraltar Barangay as it will help bolster economic growth in the area and will improve the quality of services offered by the satellite market which as a result will help decongest the Baguio City Public Market.
