About 2,500 leaders of the Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte (MRRD) and National Executive Coordinating Committee (NECC) in Region 1 took oath at the Tagudin, Ilocos Sur Multipurpose gym, Sunday morning (September 23, 2018) with Agrarian Reform Secretary John R. Castriciones at the helm. PRRD NECC Ilocos Sur resident Zuriel Zaragosa said that the reorganization was set to help the administration candidates during the midterm election.
