Lisa Amansec receives her Pastry making tool kit from Baguio City Congressman Mark Go (right) and assisted by TESDA-CAR Regional Director Efren Pinol (2nd from left) and TESDA Baguio-Benguet Provincial Director Manuel Wong (left). Lisa was among the 19 Pastry Making course graduate under the Special Training for Employment Program of the Office of Congressman Mark Go in partnership with TESDA. 24 others who finished Auto Electrical Training course joined them in the graduation ceremony at the City Hall Multi-purpose hall on February 2, 2018.
