Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) officials headed by Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III and Vice Gov. Aureo Augusto Q. Nisce grace the inauguration and blessing of the new PGLU Tourist Coaster on February 8, 2018.
