Renowned environmentalist and international urban planner Architect Felino A. Palafox Jr. (3rd from left) receives a Plaque of Recognition during the launching of the facility held on February 18 at Park Terraces Ayala Center, Makati City. Palafox, who was the guest speaker in the event was commended for his invaluable thoughts, insights and words of wisdom.
