Vice Admiral Alla Ferdinan Cusi of the Philippine Military Academy , who also the guest speaker of the of the Rizal Day celebration leads in the offering of colorful flowers in the monument of Dr.Jose Rizal last December 30, 2019 as the Filipino nation celebrates the heroic of Dr.Rizal who offers his life for the Filipino people.
Assisting Cusi are Baguio Rep.Mark Go, Vice-Mayor Faustino Olowan, acting Baguio City Mayor and the rest of the City Councilors Betty Lourdes Tabanda, Mylen Yaranon, Elaine Sembrano, Art Allad-iw, Pacoy Ortega. Benny Bomogan , Vladimir Cayabas , Lilia Farinas and Philian Weygan.
