A baking skills expert giving a demonstration to tech-voc students and participants during the opening day of the preliminary selection of the country’s competitor for Restaurant Services and Cooking categories of the ASEAN Skills Competition set in Thailand this September. TESDA-CAR hosted the 5-day competition at the Baguio City School of Arts and Trades.
