Vice Gov. Mario Eduardo C. Ortega presides the Selection Committee Meeting of the Ten Outstanding Police Officers of La Union (TOPLU) on behalf of Gov. Pacoy on September 23, 2019 at the Ante Room, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Building, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The TOPLU has been confirmed and approved by the selection committee and will be awarded on October 22, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall.
