The Philippine Air Force – Tactical Operations Group 1 based at the Loakan Airport in Baguio City launched the “Usapang Pangkapayapaan, Usapang Pangkaunlaran Cordillera Edition,” a forum they initiated to support the Executive Order 70 of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte or the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) and boost other government programs in the region including the measures and actions against the COVID-19.
