TUBA KADIWA TRUCK

Department of Agriculture-Cordillera (DA-CAR) Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD) Chief Joan Bacbac formally turned-over a the “Kadiwa truck” transport vehicle to Tuba Mayor Clarita Sal-ongan, Vice Mayor Maria Carantes, and members of the Sanguniang Bayan as part of the opening of the 8th Ava Festival of Tuba, Benguet on Thursday, September 21,2023. The vehicle is part of the Department’s support to the Tuba Local Government Unit (LGU) with around 15,000 farmers in the municipality, specifically in the consolidation and marketing of their agricultural products. The LGU assured of the operation and maintenance of the vehicle including other transport needs of the farmers that it will be fully utilized by the office and the constituents.
