Highlights of the annual Fish Conservation Month will be observed on October 16-20, 2017 as the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-Cordillera celebrates the 54th Fish Conservation Month with the theme “Industriya pangisdaan ay masigla kung ang karagatan ay malinis at masagana”. BFAR-CAR Regional Director Lilibeth Signey said that awareness on the conservation of important fish species is imperative in upgrading the knowledge of participants on the principles involved in the processing of fish and other fishery products.
