Mayor Alfredo Dacumos Jr. rallies farmers to continue planting to preserve its town fruit basket popularity in Benguet. Dacumos leads other local officials and guests in the opening of the month-long festival held on Aug. 7 at the town’s multi-purpose gym. Sablan elders perform a native dance during the activity.
