The Baguio Flower Festival Foundation Inc. (BFFFI), in collaboration with the City Government of Baguio, is fully prepared for Panagbenga 2024. The festivities kick off on Thursday morning (February 1) with the ribbon cutting for the Garden Landscaping Competition and Exhibition at the Melvin Jones Football Ground, and the Market Encounter (Trade Fair) along Juan Luna Drive, Burnham Park. A program at the Rose Garden will follow. The grand opening parade and program, featuring street dancing and drum and lyre competitions for elementary schools, are scheduled for Saturday, February 3.
