Boudlers from the mountains rolled to the Kabugao-Pudtol-Luna-Cagayan Road during the height of the continuous heavy rains causing it to be closed to traffic since Thursday, November 7. Maton Bridge.
The Maton Bridge in Pudtol, Apayao is in danger of being swept by the strong current of the Nagan River that continues to swell due to the heavy rains being experienced in the province in the past days now.
