The Baguio Correspondent and Broadcasters Club, Inc. (BCBCI), headed by Thom F. Picaña President(center) hands over tokens to Art Tibaldo and Sherwin De Vera both speakers of the Journalism workshop held at Camp Peppot Ilagan in Burnham Park . The Search for Lucky Summer Visitor is the institutionalized event of the media in Cordillera which was started in 1964.
