BCU athletes win medals; education grads pass licensure exams

Three Baguio Central University (BCU) athletes brought home medals in their respective events during the just concluded 2019 Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) national games held at the University of Mindanao in Davao City on May 20-24, 2019, a BCU press statement said on Friday.
Caryll B. Sial (Grade 11 Senior High School) garnered Silver Medal in Karatedo (Youth Division), while boxers Bonnie Angel (BSCrim) and Kerubin Sungay (BSOA) were bronze medalists in the 60kgs and 49kgs divisions, respectively.
The BCU delegation was headed by BCU Athletic director Percy Sacyafen; Karatedo coach Michelle Alumno; Boxing coach Emmanuel Cantores; and Karatedo coach Gilbert Dingcog.
Meanwhile, the new licensed professional teachers of BCU are:
For the elementary level, Lea Jenn Agyamoc; Jackielyn Almeda; Jemalyn Banggoy; Joemar Busael; Rose Anne Duguit; Kyle Capiz; Jonel Marana; Mia Angel Nacional; and Rey Mark Tuan.
For the secondary level, Crystelle Anne Agleam; Donalyn Bang-otan; Roxanne Domingo; and Peter John Esden.
The licensure examinations for professional teachers were administered nationwide on March 24, 2019.
