Upper Agno River Basin Resource Reserve (UARBRR) Protected Area Superintendent (PASu) Emerita Albas discusses some concepts of RA No. 7586 or the National Integrated Protected Areas Systems (NIPAS) and the Socio-Economic Assessment and Monitoring System (SEAMS) to some local officials under the Lower Agno Watershed Forest Reserve (LAWFR) which will be undergoing boundary delineation this year. LAWFR PASu Rainier Balbuena and Assistant PASu Sandra Bias will be leading the delineation including the surveys of houses and farm lots within the protected area.
