Department of Health – Cordillera newly installed director Ruby Constantino gives a courtesy call to mayor Benjamin Magalong with her deputy Dr. Amelita Panganiban last August 10 at the mayor’s office.
Dr. Constantino assumed office last August 10 in place of Panganiban, who has acted as officer in charge of the office. Baguio has experienced surge of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) starting late July as cases now rise to 214 with six deaths including a 2-day old baby girl.
