Baguio City officials headed by Mayor Mauricio Domogan (not seen in photo) and vice mayor Edison Bilog present City Council resolution numbered 284 series of 2017 to Philippine Science High School Cordillera (PSHS-CAR) science students Krystal Nicole, Vicente Daphne Rose Molina and Nureen Aliza who won the just concluded 1st International Royal Military College Young Scientist Conference and Exhibition held at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last July 10-15. The PSHS is a pet project which was created into law by then Congressman Domogan for the creation of a science high school in the Cordillera region. Also in photo are Councilors Leandro Yangot Jr., Lilia Fariñas and Mylen Yaranon.
