At long last, sushi lovers can find themselves enjoying nature and the fun of Japanese cuisine at Genki Sushi- a pioneering kaiten (literally translated as “revolving”) sushi concept that started in 1968 in Japan.
With a thirst for innovation and the latest technology, Genki Sushi delivers food direct-to-able with their Kosouku Train system-inspired by Shinkansen bullet trains in Japan, diners can order from the store-provided tablet or OR code and wait for their food to roll on by.
