Members of the Philippine Band of Mercy (PBM) surgical team and Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) staff work together during the operation of one of the beneficiaries of the 5th Cleft Surgical Mission on April 21, 2018 at BDH, Bacnotan, La Union. Said activity is a joint project of PBM Smile Train Philippines and the Provincial Government of La Union.
