Governor Amado I. Espino III extols Philippine Military Academy (PMA) graduates who are from Pangasinan during the Flag raising ceremony at the Capitol Plaza on March 26 as he welcomes the new lieutenants from the 2018 Alab-Tala class. Eight of the 16 PMA 2018 graduates who are from Pangasinan paid a courtesy call on the provincial government official including: Lt. Daniel C. Fermin of San Carlos City (Phil. Air Force); Lt. Maria Francesca D. Galvez of Rosales (Phil. Army); Lt. Ian Lemuel A. Lalata of Mangaldan (Phil. Army); Mary Claire P. Mayo of Dagupan City (Phil. Army); Hero Nito V. Orial of Asingan (Phil.
