Great barangay in Mankayan

Mankayan Municipal Mayor Materno R. Luspian, in his message, directed the newly elected barangay officials of Mankayan towards Grassroots Renewal and Empowerment for Accountable and Transparent (GREAT) government during the two-day seminar of barangay officials hosted by MLGU/DILG, MSWDO/DSWD, Municipal Treasury Office, PNP, MENRO, MBO, MAccTO, MDRRMO and MPDO also with Municipal Vice Mayor Dario S. Banario on August 8-9, 2018.
