Agustin Laban III, Soledad Belwaren ng NAPOLCOM at City Social Welfare and Development Officer Betty Fangasen.
Pinamunuan nina acting city director Police Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, Police Chief Inspector Vic. B. Orcino, deputy regional director for operations PSSupt.
Ayon kay Denzel Ray Valencia, lider ng nasabing grupo, may mga karanasan na nakapagpapabago sa buhay ng tao, “death, a severe problem like problems with the family, problems with finances, and also friends and school. When these problems occur, you are forced to change yourself.”
