Benguet State University Agricultural Meteorological Research Station Meteorologist Frank Raga said that the facility located in La Trinidad recorded the lowest temperature in the valley at 9.5 degrees Celsius on January 11, 2021.
This is the lowest temperature recorded and colder weather and lower temperature is still expected due to the Northeast Monsoon or the Amihan that continuously affecting the Cordillera region.
