The Blessed Association of Retired Persons Foundation and Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BARP), an organization composed of 7,000 active senior citizen members led by BARP CEO and President Federico Balanag together with the Board of Trustees and Directors, sign a resolution declaring full support for the candidacy of Benjie Magalong for mayor of Baguio City.
